- We do not upload your images or generated PDFs to our servers.

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how EveFunApps (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use PaintByPics: Paint By Numbers (the “App”).
Questions? Contact us at carlos.serranoe1992dev@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Images and Content You Provide (On-Device Processing)
The App lets you select an image to convert it into a paint-by-numbers template and generate a PDF (“PDF Output”). Image processing happens on your device.
- Uploaded/selected images: processed locally on your device.
- Generated output: created and stored locally on your device.
- App settings: such as difficulty level, palette settings, and detail level.
We do not upload or store your images or PDFs on our servers. If you share a PDF or image yourself (e.g., email, cloud drive), that sharing is handled by the apps/services you choose, under their own policies.
Note: Please avoid using sensitive personal images (e.g., government IDs). Only use images you have the right to use.
2.2 Purchase Information (Credits)
If you buy Credits, the purchase is processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play (each a “Store”). We also use RevenueCat to help manage purchase validation and entitlements (for example, confirming that a purchase occurred).
We and/or our providers may receive:
- Purchase confirmations and entitlement status (e.g., which credit pack was purchased).
- Transaction identifiers (non-sensitive IDs used to validate purchases).
- Store region/country and platform information related to the purchase.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payment handling is done by the Store and its payment processors.
2.3 Device and App Information
We may collect certain information automatically to operate the App and improve reliability, such as:
- Device identifiers (such as an app instance ID), device type, OS version, and language.
- App version, diagnostics, crash logs, and performance data.
- Approximate location (e.g., country/region) inferred from Store region or IP (depending on the service used).
2.4 Analytics (Optional/Configurable)
We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns (e.g., which features are used most, conversion funnel, retention). Analytics events may include actions like “image selected”, “PDF generated”, or “credits purchased”. We do not send your images or PDF contents to analytics providers.
2.5 Customer Support Communications
If you email us, we will receive the information you include (such as your email address, message content, and any attachments). If you attach images/PDFs for support, we will only use them to help you with your request.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the core functionality: on-device image processing, template generation, and PDF creation.
- Validate purchases, manage credit entitlements, prevent fraud, and restore purchases where supported.
- Improve performance, troubleshoot bugs, and analyze crashes.
- Understand usage to improve features and user experience.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
4.1 Service Providers
We may use third-party providers to help run the App (for example: analytics, crash reporting, and purchase validation/entitlements). These providers process data on our behalf under contracts and instructions.
4.2 App Stores and RevenueCat
Purchases are handled by the Store (Apple/Google). We use RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchase validation and entitlements. Apple/Google and RevenueCat process purchase-related data to complete transactions and manage entitlements.
4.3 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.
5. Storage, Processing, and Retention
5.1 On-Device Only for Images and PDFs
Images you select and PDFs generated by the App remain on your device. We do not store them on our servers.
5.2 Retention
- User Content (images/PDFs): stored locally on your device until you delete them.
- Purchase/entitlement data: retained by Apple/Google and RevenueCat as needed to validate purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal/accounting requirements.
- Diagnostics/analytics: typically retained for a limited period to improve stability and performance (provider-dependent).
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain processing. You can request support by contacting us at carlos.serranoe1992dev@gmail.com.
- Delete your PDFs/images: delete them from your device (Files/Gallery/your chosen folder).
- Analytics controls: if the App provides an opt-out toggle for analytics, you can disable it in settings (if available).
- Purchases: manage subscriptions/purchases through your Apple/Google account settings where applicable.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Some service providers (such as analytics, crash reporting, or purchase entitlement services) may process information in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may link to third-party services (e.g., Store pages, support pages). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
